My girls have been a part of the Snoqualmie Valley Girls choir for the last 5 years. My friend Teri was the director when we first moved out here. They have had three other wonderful directors in that time and for the last few years, Laura Edvaldson has done a great job leading the girls with Sandy Hambrick on the piano. They both have special relationships with the girls in the choir! Let me not forget to mention the Madland family, who have been with the choir since the inception years ago! Their daughters have grown up and are now off at college. However, they still have a special place in their hearts for the choir and invited us all over to decorate cookies and cupcakes. It is truly a wonderful time! The girls look forward to it all year and this year, my middle daughter is the one in the choir, but she got to bring her older and her younger sister to join her. We were even serenaded by the Madland girls with some amazing tunes! Thanks to Lee and everyone else who made it a special and wonderful afternoon together!
