I shot this a few weeks ago when I was at Remlinger Farms. It is beautifully landscaped.

The trees on Douglas street are so colorful this year! We have had every kind of weather this week and it's only Weds so far. Lightining, Rain, Torrents of Rain, Wind, Wind storms, Sun, Drizzle, Rain and Sun at the same time....alas the rainbow I saw as I was driving home a couple of days ago. God keeps it interesting and beautiful to see His creation. So lovely with the fall trees! Enjoy! Gretchen

I was wandering around Snoqualmie today taking in the beauty and I saw so many beautiful trees. The sun peeked out for a few minutes and lit them up for me. I also saw some horses that ran up to me full force to say hello! I don't know much about horses, so even though they were seemingly friendly, I didn't pet them. I just love capturing these beautiful days! And glad you can share them with me too.

Fall colors make for the best pictures. I went scouting for a good location yesterday for a senior picture shoot I was about to do later that day and found the best park with colorful leaves and trees with leaves everywhere! It was amazing! When I came back to do the shoot a few hours later, there was trouble. The lawnmower guy was going around gobbling up all the pretty leaves. My assistant and I had to stake out our spot and set our stuff down there to keep his leaf gobbling away. Don't worry though, we got some amazing leaf shots and then he got the rest of the leaves! Another crisp fall morning! I am still in awe of the beautiful colors I see all around in the leaves of the trees. We have yellow leaves out front of our house and several small maples that are like rainbows lighting up the yard! It's my friend Heathers birthday today, so I am posting a picture of her sweet baby Melody today in remembering her special day!!

I was able to photograph some of our dear friends, The Nap family. We had such a fun time and I was able to capture them in front of Mt Si. What a majestic feeling it is to live at the base of the mountains and see them every season.....leaves, snow, clear, sunset, sunrise.....beautiful! We had such a great time with the Nap family. This fall is so beautiful! We were able to go to Remlinger Farms last weekend with our kids. It was raining off and on, but at the end of the day, it cleared up and we had sun and beautiful stormy clouds. The pumpkins were so amazing, all colors of green and orange. I can't wait to take more family portraits this fall with the amazing leaves! We are nearly done with our website, so check back soon and click the link.
